I'm starting to see the Hitch Hiking Tiger so now I have to go some shoulder surgery and give him a head.

As the piece starts to come "alive" to me I can see that the arms aren't in the right place. To fix that I have to cut away the foam around the metal in the shoulders so I can heat it up an bend them to be where I now think they should be.
